Monthly Giving
Monthly Giving can be an easy way to contribute to a charity, and also receive a tax benefit.
The Surrey Fire Fighters participate in a voluntary payroll deduction program where they donate funds from their pay cheques every pay period. There is nearly a 100% participation rate raising over $120,000 per year for the Surrey Fire Fighters’ Charitable Society. The participation extends beyond our fire fighters including Chief administration, Retirees, and Surrey Volunteer Fire Fighters. This makes up almost 1/4 of our entire charity revenue.
